Business Development Consultant (Independent Contractor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and achieve growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and cultivate relationships to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development initiatives with overall strategic goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Create and implement innovative approaches to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive revenue and market presence.
• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for sustainable business growth.
• Cultivate partnerships and alliances to enhance the company’s market position and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development and creating value from customer relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in long term insurance
• 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
• RE1/5 will be added as an advantage
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mind-set.
• Experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
